AFRICA FACING ART (AFA) is a specialized art consultancy, focusing on the contemporary art of Africa. 

As Founders and Principals, the wife and husband team of Nansubuga Nagadya Isdahl and Zachary Isdahl established AFA to advance the role of the creative and cultural sectors as a key driver of development on the continent and to respond to a gap in specialized services for the steadily growing contemporary African art market. 

Having lived and worked in east and southern Africa for more than a decade, they combine their backgrounds and experience in global development, international organizations, and the private sector to elevate dynamic, catalytic contemporary African art initiatives and to connect collections and institutions with the contemporary art of the continent.
